As a busy mom, I understand how hard it can be to routinely work out and eat right with such a jam-packed schedule. However, taking care of YOURSELF is essential.

I continuously am running online accountability groups for those with hectic schedules and who are looking to get back in shape or stay in shape. The groups incorporate fitness and nutrition, plus peer support with everyone on the same journey together. Best part is, no one needs to leave their home to complete the program.

Along with the groups, I’m growing a team of women who enjoy doing the same thing I do – with their own spin on it.
