You know the hump on the western border of Minnesota?
Yep, that’s where I was born and raised.
After high school I went to college in St. Cloud, Minnesota. My sight was set on big city living after that. I used to say I will never live on a gravel road or in a small town again. With that, after college I moved to the suburbs of Minneapolis/St. Paul, which at the time was a good fit.
Fast forward, many different seasons, many life lessons, many changes – I landed in Cokato, Minnesota (small town on a gravel road) with my husband Sven. We grew our family and I’m loving what comes along with the title mom.
A few of my go-to’s that I like to remind myself of:
Seek wisdom!
Being a wife is a blessing.
My kids are my jam.
I find pleasure in helping others.
Focusing on the positive is where it’s at.
