Welcome to September – it’s time to start filling out that bingo board. Don’t forget to log your physical activity in the group too.
We have one item on the board that is a month long activity.
I personally think this one has a lot of perks to it.

- No Hangover
- Increased Sense of Accomplishment
- Better Skin
- Brighter Eyes
…. And the list goes on and on.
Is this something you’re ready to take on? I sure hope so and can personally say I have struggled with this back in the day. I started to consume alcohol at a young age and by the time I was in my early twenties I started to realize the destruction/strong hold it had on my life. Without digressing about my own journey with alcohol, I can say it isn’t something that holds me down anymore. It isn’t something I turn to – thankfully!
Even if alcohol doesn’t have a strong hold on you, are you willing to say good-bye to it for the month of September? You never know what might come from it, huh? It might just lead to improved mental health and saving money. That sounds like a win to me.
