April 11 – Don’t forget to stretch

Happy Saturday! We made it to another weekend. It was so fun to watch everyone check into the app with their workouts this week. Everyday it brings a smile to my face when I log into the app. So thank you!

I’ll keep this post short and sweet today. Let’s not forget to get some good ol’ stretching in this weekend. Help release any tension you may be feeling in those muscles. That’s exactly what our April calendar calls for.
