April 19 – Sunday Roll Call

Alright… let’s get back to the daily posts on here. It helps hold me a bit more accountable.

If I’m being totally honest, I question from time to time whether I’m adding value by making these posts or if people even read them. Then I go back to – if JUST ONE, just one person reads it or it encourages them – then I’m good. I try not to let myself stay in a state of questioning my actions for too long, but it does sneak up on me from time to time. So thanks for listening. ha! I feel better already.

Plus Sven and Owen were able to spend some quality time playing a racing game while Molly enjoyed this view and I typed away.

We’re already over half way through this month – cruising right along. Don’t forget to get your Sunday work out in!

Along with the workout, make some time to review your meal plan/prep for this coming week.

I sat through a training today for our upcoming BOD Groups that I mentioned earlier this week. This is going to be a much welcomed transition. We’ll be making the transition April 26th, but basically everything you need for the groups will now be found on the BOD app. This will replace My Challenge Tracker App. You can press play to your workout, put your measurements, track your food, and hang out with all of us in one place now. No need to jump into another app. Wahoo! More to come, but for now you can make sure you have the BOD app on your phone.
