Hope you enjoyed yesterday’s 10 Round Sample Workout. Are you sore at all?

Today we will bring out the loops for 80 Day Obsession Day 9: Booty if you have a BOD membership, if not, I have you covered with Shaun T – Ramp it up. I actually did the Shaun T workout, as my legs are still KILLIN’ me from LIIFT4 Week 8 Legs. Ouch – and that was two days ago. I don’t know if ramp it up was any better though, still plenty of leg work. Shaun T sure knows how to get your heart rate up though, doesn’t he?! I’m thankful for Zoom & friend workouts these days.

I get asked a fair amount which resistance loops I use.
I have the ones from Beachbody. Amazon also has a great selection as well. Here are a few to check out if you’re looking.

One other thing I want you to start thinking about, if you’re not already, is which personal development book will you be grabbing this month? A couple of us are starting to read Fully Alive: Learning to Flourish – Mind, Body & Spirit. Just an idea for you!
