Ahh… I always forget the importance of the nutritional information/materials I have at my finger tips. Here’s a reminder if you need it – go check out the nutrition tab on BOD. Have you purchased 2B Mindset or Ultimate Portion Fix in the past, but haven’t looked at the materials in awhile?
Now is the perfect time to do that! I started watching some of the Ultimate Portion Fix videos today and need to get back to tracking. I pulled out the journal and I know what I’ll be doing – tracking my food again.

There’s still plenty of resources for you right now though if you don’t have either of those two. Go to the workout program you’re doing on BOD and click Program Materials. Under that tab you’ll find a lot of helpful resources.
Another go-to is the Beachbody Blog. On there you can even search by meal plan or calorie count to help set you up with a weekly meal plan. So helpful!
