I know, I know… you probably are sick of hearing #flexFriday, but it’s just so much fun – especially after you’ve crushed your workout. Let’s mix it up a bit today and have fun on social media. If you have BOD you’re going to be pressing play to one of my favorites from CORE DE FORCE- MMA Speed. It’s just under 30 minutes and you’ll have a good sweat going. Get ready, brawlers!
We’re mixing it up for those that don’t have BOD and I’m taking you to another platform – Core Power Yoga. Way back in the day I used to have a membership here. I loved it. Before that, I wasn’t a yoga fan, but I was converted after joining. Have you ever worked out at one of their studios?
This workout is free on their platform right now – due to our current times. You’ll be firing up your glutes and freeing your hips with a short flow to create balance in your body for the rest of the day. Here’s the link – C2 Power Up Your Glutes with Heather P. The workout is only 22 minutes. Pending weather, feel free to get a walk or run in as well.
As a reminder, we’re doing a 4 PM central time Zoom. Curious how this works? You’ll want a device to stream your workout and then a device to connect Zoom. If you’re using your phone, you will want to download the Zoom app beforehand. Once you’re on we get to give each other a virtual high-five before we press play on our workout.
