April 4 – Our first weekend of the month

Normally I would be talking about getting your grocery list put together and heading for that healthy food. You still can be working on that list and the healthy food, but I’m not encouraging you to venture out unless it’s necessary right now.

It might be time to dig deep into the pantry and get creative with your food. Here’s a recipe that’s super easy with things you might have in your house right now. Let me know if you have any questions or need help looking over your meal plan.

You’ll notice on both the free workout calendar and the BOD calendar it’s all about stretching and recovering today. This is an important part of your fitness journey and can easily be overlooked. We have another opportunity to workout (even if stretching) together through zoom today – 4PM central. I’ll toss the link right below this.
