Did you put a plan in place to make your bed each morning or did you write down how you are going to check your attitude throughout the day? Or maybe you are trying to set a “better” schedule to accommodate your days these days. Whatever you set for the week – work on it!
While you’re improving in whatever area you’re working at, keep pressing play on those workouts. Of course, today is #nevermissaMonday and your legs might be a bit sore from yesterday’s leg workout – still get it done. I love to lift the heavy weights with Sagi.

If you’re pressing play to LIIFT4, you’ll want to grab some weights again. I haven’t personally done the Dig Even Deeper workout yet, but I’ve heard feedback that it’s a bit more intense than Ramp It Up. Get ready to sweat!
