Let’s Take A Look At Our Daily Habits

Has it been awhile since you’ve looked at your daily habits?
Do you have a usual way of showing up?

Alright… back to those habits. Maybe start with your morning routine.

Do you grab your phone first thing in the morning?
How much time do you spend scrolling social media?
Maybe scrolling Amazon is your thing?

For some reason I look at Old Navy’s website a bit too much (hardly purchasing anything so I don’t know what I’m looking for) along with real estate (and no immediate thought of buying).

Anyway… write out those habits!

Mindless eating have a grip on you?
Struggle to get to those activities that produce results
