Promoting & Implementing Overall Wellbeing with a Bingo Board

Our accountability group decided to kick 2022 off with a bingo board. Some were pushing for a regular bingo, four corners, and a few were going for a blackout the month of January. I love doing bingo boards in our group. It’s a fun way to promote and work on overall health instead of only pressing play on our BOD workout. We mixed a few of the boxes up from the last time we did this in 2021. The completed boards were awesome to see at the end of the month.

I wanted to share our bingo board on here as well, in case you’d like to give it a go – maybe March or April of this year? If you do, I’d love to hear how it goes.
