Track your <stuff>

Not in a, this is all I obsess about way, but in a, I’ve got habits to change sort of way. That requires you’ve set goals as well. Go do that if you haven’t yet. 💪💪 Then focus on those habit changing activities to reach your goals.
Don’t beat yourself up, track your progress and enjoy the ride. 🎉🎉
What things could one track? That totally depends on what habits you’re trying to change.
For me, here are a few of my daily actions I track for my current season of life and where I hope to go. They all align with the goals I’ve set for myself both short and long term. No, I’m not perfect with them #workinprogress, but it keeps me in check. Especially with this long winter.
– daily devotion ✔️
– new craft/activity with the kids ✔️
– quality time with the kids ✔️
– business activities ✔️
– morning weight ✔️
– food intake ✔️
– sleep ✔️
– workout transformers ✔️
That may seem like a long or short list to you. Just depends on your current season of life. Remember, you’re just trying to be better than YOU, not anybody else. 💗💗
I love this tracker + my Fitbit tracker. Those two make tracking all of the above easier.
